We treat your personal and financial information seriously. This page explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are.
We collect personal information you provide directly — name, contact details, income, expenses, identification documents and details about the finance you're seeking. We may also receive information from credit bureaus and lenders when you authorise us to.
To assess your finance needs, prepare and submit applications to lenders, comply with our legal obligations under Australian credit and AML/CTF law, and to communicate with you about your application.
Lenders you authorise us to submit your application to, credit bureaus where required, our aggregator (Connective), and government bodies where legally required. We do not sell your information.
Sensitive documents are stored in our secure client portal with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is limited to staff working on your file.
You can request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements). Email us to make a request.
If you're not happy with how we've handled your privacy, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
